Privacy notice

Ranked League (rankedleague.com) is run by Ranked League, which is responsible for the data described here. The tournament runs with a regulated broker partner, which operates the demo and live trading accounts. Contact: support@rankedleague.com.

When you register:

• your handle (public), email address, phone number and the country you say you live in;
• the time you agreed to the rules and to tournament emails;
• the campaign that brought you to the site (UTM tags such as source and campaign), if any.

From our regulated broker partner, about your tournament demo account (it sends no names, emails or phone numbers):

• your demo account ID, registration time and country;
• hourly balance, equity, number of closed trades, trading days and open positions;
• whether and when your linked live account was verified, and the date and amount of your first deposit and your live trade count.

From the broker's affiliate platform, about your signup there (no names, emails or phone numbers):

• that you started and finished the broker's signup, with the times;
• your broker client ID and country, so we can link your accounts across seasons without asking you to sign up again;
• the date and amount of your first deposit, if you make one.

Automatically:

• a sign-in cookie, only if you sign in, to keep you signed in;
• the campaign tags from your first visit, kept in your browser for that session only;
• standard server logs from our hosting provider (such as IP address and browser type), used for security and troubleshooting.

• to run the tournament: link your demo account to your registration, rank you, and decide prize eligibility;
• to keep it fair: check for one account per person (for example a phone number shared between accounts);
• to send you tournament emails you agreed to (registration, season updates, results, prize claims);
• to pay prizes to your verified live account;
• to measure how well the campaign works, in aggregate.

The leaderboard shows your handle, country flag, rank, return, drawdown and score, and the public reason if you're disqualified. Your email, phone number and the reasons for a review are never shown.

• Our regulated broker partner, which operates the demo and live trading accounts: the link to its signup goes through its affiliate platform and carries your registration ID and the season, so your account can be matched to you. We don't send your email, phone or handle. We tell it which accounts won prizes.
• Service providers who process data for us: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (website hosting) and Resend (email).

We don't sell your data.

The broker's hourly data files are deleted after 90 days. Retention periods for registration and results data are being finalised and will be stated here before the first season opens.

• Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your registration by emailing support@rankedleague.com from your registered email.
• If you delete your registration, your handle is replaced with "Withdrawn" on every board.
• You can stop tournament emails at any time from the link in each email.

We'll update this notice when our data handling changes and show the date at the top.
